Pricing is based on your yard size and how often you want your lawn serviced. Smaller lots on a weekly schedule cost less per visit. Larger yards on a bi-weekly schedule need more cleanup time, so pricing reflects that. 

Small Yard (0 - 4,000 sqft): Weekly = $45 | Bi-Weekly = $52

Medium Yard (4,000 - 7,000 sqft): Weekly = $58 | Bi-Weekly = $68

Large Yard: (7,000 - 10,000 sqft): Weekly = $72 | Bi-Weekly = $88

During peak growing season in Texas (roughly March through October), most lawns need mowing every 7-14 days. Want a genuinely great lawn? Weekly mowing paired with a solid weed control program and proper irrigation is the formula. Biweekly works fine if the goal is just keeping it clean and your HOA happy.

Grass type (Bermuda, St. Augustine), rainfall, and temperature all play a role too.

No hidden fees. Your quoted price is what you pay per visit. That said, there are a couple of situational charges worth knowing about upfront so there are never any surprises:

Overgrown fee — If your lawn hasn't been maintained and requires significantly more work than a standard visit to get it back into shape, an overgrown fee of 75% of your regular visit price applies. We'll always communicate this before charging it.

Same-day cancellation fee — If you need to skip a visit, we just ask for written notice the day before. Cancel the day of and a $25 fee applies. Cancel before your second visit altogether and a $50 fee applies. This protects the crew's time and schedule.

April through June frequency change — During peak growing season, some lawns need to move from biweekly to weekly mowing. If that applies to your yard, we'll notify you by email and text before making any pricing or schedule changes. You're never switched without a heads up.

That's it. No contracts, no surprise charges, no fine print gotchas. What we quote is what you pay.
